Charterhouse is working with a highly prominent retail operator in the Middle East and globally. A Head of Facilities Management is required to urgently join their team. Reporting to the General Manager the selected candidate will work closely with the Regional Property Director to develop, manage and implement the retail facilities management strategy within the specified region. You will be accountable for the facility management delivery of the retail property function, including the appointment and management of contractors and suppliers, ensuring all repair and maintenance projects fall within the approved budget as well as agreeing time scales and quality requirements. You will also maintain good cross-functional working relationships with all senior members of the retail management team to ensure the facility management division is aligned to support the delivery of the long term vision of the retail business. To be considered for this role you should have a solid 10 years� experience in property management or facilities management within a retail environment. In addition you should hold a Bachelor's degree. This is a fantastic opportunity with a leading business within the Middle East.
